Hollyized Steps:

roasted veggies

  • Simply heat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Either spray a cookie sheet with EVOO or coat it with foil and then spray with EVOO.
  • Wash and cut the vegetable of your choice into chunky strips or trim off ends.
  • Place veggies on the cookie sheet, sprinkle with EVOO and pepper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. (Something like potatoes will need to be in for about 20 minutes.)

brown rice

  • Cook on stove according to directions. (Fancy, eh?)
