Hollyized Steps:
Use your measuring spoons to add the plain and strawberry cream cheeses, butter and jam into a small bowl.
Use a spoon or fork to mix all the ingredients. You do not want to completely blend but keep a little chunky for texture and flavor pockets.
Put your new mixture in the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes to let it sit. Serve your spread to guests in small ramekins next to your freshly made croissants. Simply spread and then… BITE! Savor this simple pleasure and throw back to your own childhood delights!
