Oven at 300 degrees
Remove shells from package and place on a large cookie sheet.
Fill shells with Key Lime filling.
Place in the oven and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. (No, you are not hazy from the hot summer sun β it really is THIS easy!)
Let cool for approximately five minutes. Then embellish with some fresh fruit to add some color and a Hollyized touch! The blueberries are quite refreshing to bite into and play up the tartness of the filling.
These are a fabulous, light and portion controlled dessert β go ahead and ask the cabana boy to bring you a second tart. Itβs summertime and enjoy! Be playful with serving β I put mine in my lovely cake stand to make it fancy and have an excuse to use it! These quick key lime tarts are definitely a key discovery in my book! Sorry, Chris.
