going bananas

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 applesauce cup
  • 1.3 cups oat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp Earth Balance butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Hollyized Steps:

  • Oven at 350 degrees
  • First, gather all ingredients to make the prep fast and easy.
  • Peel and add your bananas to the mixing bowl first. Then add all remaining ingredients.
  • Use the mixer’s flat beater to combine all ingredients. First set on stir and then gradually increase the speed. Mix until the batter is liquefied but you can still see banana chunks.
  • Coat the inside of a loaf pan with EVOO and then add the batter.
  • Then cover the loaf pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 25 minutes.
  • Let the banana bread cool for about seven minutes and then time to eat! Serve it on a fun plate (I got this one at Michaels) to get in the sane and cozy spirit! You can see how moist and full of bananas this bread is! Enjoy a day at home and monkey around!
