Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Grated pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Hollyized Steps:

  • Place salmon fillet in a pan sprayed with EVOO.
  • Cover fillet with lemon juice and grate pepper to your liking. Then cover and cook on medium-low heat for six minutes.
  • Then flip the fillet, add the tablespoon of butter to the top of the fresh side. Cover and put on low for five minutes.
  • Plate with brown rice and black beans. Feel like you’re in Kokomo yet?!
