Oven preheated to 350 degrees
Wash and thinly slice the apple. I kept the skin on to keep the extra nutrients but you can always peel yours.
Lay the apples slices down flat in a square pan.
Divide the one tablespoon of butter among the apples. I just put my butter in four different areas to make it easy. You will remove the pan once the butter melts, so it’s not a big deal if butter is not on every apple now.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and one Splenda packet on all the apples. Remember that a little bit of cinnamon goes a ALONG way!
Put your pan in the oven for approximately five minutes or until the butter is melted.
Once the butter is melted, remove your pan from the over and use a spatula or spoon to mix the melted butter with the cinnamon and Splenda. You’ll want to make sure each apple slice is coated with the now syrupy sauce.
Once all the apples are coated in the sauce, put back in the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the apples are soft.
Remove from the oven and enjoy! Clean-up is really easy too, so this healthy and yummy dessert WILL really keep you wrinkle-free!
