If Mr. S had his way, we would have spaghetti EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. I will admit, the spaghetti meat sauce he makes does rival some of the best Italian restaurants in town, and I would gladly eat it every night! (Although I think it would take going to ALL the Flywheel classes in the world for me to not weight a million pounds if he got his wish ?)
To mix things up a bit, I made my turkey goat cheese meatballs that I hadn’t made in a LONG time. I used my old recipe and just added chopped celery and onion for a little crunch. They turned out SO good, that I will not wait so long to make these on spaghetti night again! Mr. S even gave them glowing reviews! 🙂
I tried something new when making these: posting to Instagram stories to show the step-by-step directions. I received a great response on views and comments, and it made me want to post here!
