Over the weekend, my friend Mrs. S and I set out on a hippie urban adventure: GOAT YOGA! No, this is not a joke, but a real, legit thing! The concept of this new yogi trend: do yoga in an outdoor area surrounded by live goats! The goats are thought to enhance your connection with nature and add a playful element to your practice.
To be honest, my goat yoga experience was really just an hour of watching the goats run around, getting an ab workout in from laughing at their antics, and attempting to snag pictures of them… with a side of  paying attention to the yoga instructor. I did some of the yoga poses, but as you’ll see in the pictures below, the goats were just too cute! I don’t think I would do this again, but it is definitely something to try at lease once!
I considered the session a complete success because I left with a huge smile AND none of the goats went to the bathroom on us!
