go nuts.

Happy Bowl Game Day! Whether you are gathering with friends this evening to watch the Puppy Bowl or the Super Bowl, today is ALL about going nuts for yummy bites and billion dollar commercials! If you are looking to mix up your spread from chips and dips, this is a fabulous and delicious dessert that canine, Patriots and Giants fans alike will go nuts over! Plus, it is really easy to make but looks like you slaved away for hours. (Gotta love those ‘fake it’ dishes!)

This Nutella cheesecake mousse has been one of my many pins on Pinterest and I’m finally putting one into action! 🙂 It turned out absolutely delish and I cannot wait to impress tonight! Now, on to make Nutella cheesecake mousse cups!

Need:
1 cup Nutella
1 brick Philadelphia cream cheese block, soft (I used 1/3 less fat)
8 ounce tub sugar free whipped cream, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box Annie’s Bunny Grahams

Hollyized Steps:

Take the Bunny Grahams out of the box. Cut tiny snips into the top of the bag to help with the air. Then lay the bag on a cutting board, use the flat portion of your meat tenderizer to smash the bag of bunny grahams.

The crushed grahams will be your ‘crust’ so put on the bottom of your serving cup. I’m using wine glasses for an elegant look.

Make the filling by putting the cream cheese, nutella and vanilla into your mixer. I used my flat beater to blend easily.

Dump the thawed whipped cream into the mixing bowl, then fold in with a rubber spatula. Mix until you do not have any white streaks or lumps from the whipped cream.

Spoon the topping onto your crust. Then refrigerate for at least two hours. You can finish getting ready for your party.

Finally, remove from the fridge and serve! Your guests will go nuts over the game and your tasty sweet treat! You could even get more whipped cream and use food coloring for topping in your team’s colors to amp up the Super Bowl spirit!
