It’s one of the most wonderful times of the year… FALL!!!! It’s time to set those clocks back, change over closets, wear riding boots and, best of all, snag a pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks! I absolutely love the smell of pumpkin, particularly baked goods, but feel like you can’t pull off pumpkin during any other season. Since my life has been in full swing (as always!) lately with social outings and jet setting, I looked to Williams-Sonoma (the Mother Ship) for a seasonal shortcut.
The Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread was my culinary utopia — quick and pumpkin and made my kitchen smell amazing and yummy?!?! Say it isn’t SO!!!! 🙂
Simply add water, eggs and melted (vegan) butter into the mixer with the dry mix and bake for about 45 minutes.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes and you’re DONE!!! Slice and serve with some hot tea… fall in love with fall all over again! (Burberry scarf and English accent not included.) 🙂
